Take care of me and got it all finished short time
They mistook our transmission plug for the oil plug. Our car could have exploded if we didn't catch the problem before leaving the parking lot. Then the worker had the audacity to say "Well it's okay because you're getting a free transmission flush out of this." That DOES NOT MAKE THIS RIGHT. Their carelessness almost cost me my car! I am never ever coming back here! Update - A different body shop also told us they ruined the oil drain plug and didn't replace it. They literally snapped the head off of it and left it that way... read more
Got me in and out really quickly even though I was late. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Had an appointment for 130, didn’t even make it to the bay until 3. Guy behind the desk had zero communication with me until I told him to take it out of line and I’d go home. He said he could get it in right away. Service was terrible.
