I have purchased many cars from Palm Springs Motors. I have always had my car serviced by the dealership. Venisha was my go to girl and went above any beyond to provide me with an amazing service experience. Horrible experience. Waited two weeks to get my car back (5 days of which they did not work on it since they thought it was a lease turn in) and the problem is not only not fixed they left interior accessories out of the car that were there when the car went in. I have been waiting for over a week to get another appointment that will provide a loner car to fix the original problem. Just plain bad customer service for a Lincoln dealership.
I recently bought a beautiful Mustang convertible from Palm Springs Motors, and had a very good experience. Tyler and Clarence made the transaction simple.
