Wonderful experience I've not had at other local dealerships. Tim in customer care was very pleasant, thorough, and followed up post-service as well - nice touch! With my new car, and it's first maintenance, they treated me well and it was appreciated. Again, Tim rocked!
We had a fantastic experience here with Daniel in service. He kept us informed of what was going on with our car and even though it took longer than we planned, it was nice to know the reason why. We will definitely go back for service.

Palm Springs Motors is the Best for Service in the Valley from Ozzie in parts and the coordination between Jim in service and Dylan the tech is amazing . We are customizing my sons Mustang and these employees are the best for ordering parts and having it ready when promised. OOPS I forgot to mention IVan in the body shop who also has been super in the coordination.
We have 2 vehicles that we have serviced regularly at PS Motors. Most recently, we've had both our 2011 Mustang and 2016 Edge in for service. The Edge was in for routine service, but the Mustang required some significant repairs. In both cases, the service rep kept us updated on the progress and any additional repairs and associated costs that would be involved. Overall, very pleased with service reps and the quality of the work done. Only negative is the lack of parking reserved for customers at the Quick Lane service area.... read more
