I called up at the last minute and Scott said to come straight down to get there before the techs were going home. I have had very good experiences every time I have dealt with the service dept. My only issue would be that they try to upsell you every time you come in, but that is the way that sales people have to work. So it's a minor issue. I would heartily recommend Palm Springs Service Department. I have never taken my car anywhere else. I might get it cheaper, but I don't think I could get it better.
When I first pulled into the service area was greeted by a gentleman named Tom he was very helpful to got me in the right direction. My service professional Ignacio, Was friendly and very helpful. Fabulous team work at Palm Springs motors.

My experience with Palm Springs Motors was terrific!! Tyler was a polite young man and very pleasant to work with. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car. The sales Manager at this dealership is the worst I have ever met in my life. I have never been talked down and insulted the way he did. So I ended up going over to Gaudin Ford in Las Vegas Nevada where I was welcomed with open arms and they couldn't not have been nicer. I would highly advise taking the drive over there to by your next Ford. But since I bought my new Explorer, the service department at Palm Springs Motors is great. We purchased a Vehicle at Palm Springs Ford.
