Ford Palm Springs did a great job with my last service! Juan was very accommodating! My car battery died, called AAA, jumped battery and then drove to dealer. They said they would check it out and let me know later. Juan Sanchez called and said it does not look like the battery, as it is holding a charge, it must have run down from something. He suggested I do the Electrical Diagnostic to see for sure. I said go ahead. Next Day he called and said the diagnostic showed all systems running as it should. So good news, no new ba... read more

Their service dept for Mazda is really good. Went end for my first oil change and to check the bright lights on my new CX5, in at 7 AM and was out by 9 AM with a car wash.
