Some of the most friendliest and nicest people I have ever taken my Ford Fusion to in my entire life. I bought the car last year from them and they were nothing but helpful, kind, courteous people I would buy a car from them any day of the week
I brought my car here to be serviced, had a check engine light. They told me the car was indexable, and would need a new engine, and of course, directed my too the dealership (Ford), not to mention, charged me 90$ just to look at it. Took it for a second opinion, car needed a spark plug,not an engine. Contacted them, explained what took place, told me they would send me a check. Still no check, and no one will answer my calls. Pretty shifty work from the professionals if you ask me.

The body shop did a poor paint job on our bumper they fefuse to repair it.saying the body shop has changed hands. I don't care if it changed hands or not! Psm should handle it.. we purchased the car there,had it fixed there,they did piss poor paint work they should fix it.. we will not be back,and repeat business is the best. ....
