Went in for just an oil change and quote on some new tires. They were pretty quick, extremely polite, and very helpful with the questions I had. The only negative thing I would have to say is they left grease prints on my window trim and inside the car. I'd appreciate them cleaning up after themselves just a little bit better. But other then that everything was great!

Hubby and I had a FANTASTIC experience purchasing a beautiful CPO F150 yesterday. Sean was an absolute pleasure to work with along with everyone we encountered along the way; which includes the service shop since originally I was supposed to drop off my vehicle for a repair and head back home! Awesome service! Didn't know what was wrong with my 2014 Ford Fusion, didn't have to make an appointment and my car was looked at and the problem was diagnosed the same day. Part was ordered and my car was ready the next day early in the morning. Had a very bad experience at Paradise Ford in Cocoa, and will only take my vehicle to Ron Norris now!
