My name is Ted and I bought a 2019 Ford Fusion Titanium. I had a excellent car buying experience at this dealership. I worked with internet sales rep Frank Saladino. I was honest about what I was looking for and the out the door price I wanted to be around. After a bit of negotiation, I was able to leave with a great price! If you are looking to buy a car, I would recommend this dealership because they offer the best pricing in the country. Make sure to see Frank for all of your buying needs.
While visiting from Texas, I pulled in to ask about low tire pressure in one tire. I was escorted to one of the maintenance bays where a nice gentleman checked all tires pressure, put it on the lift and found a nail. They said they could patch it and directed us inside to wait. Glen, at the service desk took care of the paperwork, and within 30 minutes we were ready to go. Maybe 45 minutes total!! Kudos to Ron Norris Ford, your customer service rated 5 stars from us!
Completely hopeless service department had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change went to pickup at 11:30 hadn’t even started on it yet. Service writer was a joke
