On vacation from Chicago in Orlando. A/C stopped working in Ford Explorer. Aunt and Uncle said go to Titusville. From beginning Glenn Ellis was professional and courteous. He even stayed late for me to pick up late. I failed to make it but he went the extra effort to make sure he was available to return my vehicle. I thank him for that. Strong customer service skills there. Glenn handled my lack of communication with a high level professionalism.
I would like to give a shout out to Ron Norris Ford for taking such good care of me and my vehicle on the recent warranty work done at your facility! A Thank you to Joe, the Service Manager. And also, Michael my Service Rep and Josh my Service Technician, who performed all the repairs to my car, you guys are the BEST!!
