RecommendedWe attempted to have our son seen at another urgent care where the receptionist seemed very annoyed that she had to be working. She also told us that it was going to be a large amount of money upfront. It was late in the evening we were worried we wouldn’t make it in time to quick care. Visited today, and was not in the office for more than 15 minutes. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving, nurse did a workup on me, and a doctor was in to assess and sent medications into Walgreens within another 5. They are true to their name, "Quick" care, but they do not sacrifice quality of care. Thank you for your kindness, and your swift professionalism.
I am so glad I went. From the smiling and welcoming receptionist to all the genuine caring nurses, xray tech and Dr Tim’s calming knowledgeable demeanor I am on the road to recovery. Great team.
I went in for a falling incident, they ran tests. The nurse who helped me back into the room accidentally left the door open. I heard the nurses at the desk talking about me while discussing my visit “oh the knee too, is she a big girl?” It was loud enough. When the doctor came back in I spoke with him to which he quickly responded “they were not talking about you, HIPPA wasn’t broken”.
