Phone check-n didn’t work for me. Switched to kiosk check-in. Please consider adding shelves and/or hooks next to the kiosks so we don’t have to juggle all our stuff while trying to use kiosks one-handed. Kiosk customer interface is not user-friendly. Hand sanitizer in the waiting room was empty. After using common touchpads, I felt my health was compromised. If you can’t keep sanitizer filled in the dispenser, put out a regular bottle. I wish I knew the name of the phlebotomist, young, black hair and thin. She was super nice and it was already 4pm so she was a the end of the shift. Kuddos to her.
