They have changed locations. They in the Stop and Shop complex now. Brand new inside. Made a appointment online for 1030, checked in on phone also you can check in on the kiosks. In and out in 20 minutes.
Phlebotomist gave me a gigantic bruise even after using a butterfly needle. Oh and THEY LOST MY “BLOOD WORK”, so I had to go back again! What the heck!!!
I went in for blood work today and I got a huge hematoma for the first time ever. Had to waste time and money going to urgent care because of how bad it hurts.
Came in for bloodwork today with a slip from my provider with 4 tests on it, and handed it to the phlebotomist. All she confirmed was the name of the provider. Instead of doing the tests I handed her the slip for, she did ALL of the orders I had in the computer. She never confirmed the tests, and never asked if I was doing only the labs on the slip or all of the ones in the computer. The person at this location has an issue. I was given a black arm at blood sample point. This ruthless individual put a needle into my 90 degree turn at my elbow. This caused extreme black and blue with a pain, lump, and white mark in center. This is similar to someone bringing in candy for their fellow workers and then telling them the candy was laced with POISON. No one in the medical profession should play games with patients.
