Super convenient and efficient. But it feels like a robotic assembly line and your employees seem to be driven to rush everything. It looks like Quest is squeezing technicians too much, such that they have no time to breath.
Normally I'd rate higher, I've been coming for years, but the Hollywood Fl location on Sheridan, has deteriorated. Staff is wonderful but place is disgusting. . The bathroom has no lock on the door, people fling it open while you're collecting a urine sample. They give you a soap wipe, not a cleansing wipe. No running water, soap or paper towel. Very efficient! I was taken back at my scheduled appointment time and the care was outstanding. I was lucky enough to have Marjorie as my technician and she was gentle, kind and a total pro!
