THE LOCATIONS ARE VERY CONVENIENT AND THE CLEANINESS IS EXCELLENT. THE STAFF IS VERY COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
I like Quest Diagnostics @ Silver Lakes because the Lab Assistant who took care of me during my most recent visit did such a great job. She asked me to identify which arm I’d like for her to use cuz every patient has their own history. Then, she proceeded to collect the specimens while explaining what she was doing. Her name is Michelle. Hats 🎩 off!

From the moment I walked in, her calming presence and beautiful, soothing voice immediately put me at ease.
