The technician was excellent
I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostic in Silver Lakes with lab assistant Britney. She was very professional, kind and thorough. I was in and out in a timely manner considering I was a walk in. Overall, the service was top notch and the facility is very well managed. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.
Super convenient and efficient. Like a robotic assembly line. Very efficient. Employees are skill-full, polite and quick. The whole process is done very well, though it is somewhat dehumanizing when employees have no time to be friendly.
Kia my phlebotomist was not nice un compassionate. I have extreme anxiety with needles so she stopped to help a coworker in the middle of my session. Very unprofessional and possibly a HIPAA violation please make sure that these type of employees are not there anymore. I’m very disappointed in the service she gave. I also had a nice big fat bruise where the blood was drawn.it was also kind of painful It’s never happens at your facility before and all the years I’ve been going.
