From entry to exit I was impressed with the Silver Lakes location visited on 04/02/2026. I was immediately greeted by Brinnelli and the technician Michelle who assisted me with my sample drop off answered questions that I was curious about for my specific test being processed and she was amazing and patient. Quest is never that quick at that time of day which was mid morning. Brinnelli was awesome with getting me a quicker appointment as I was there on a quick 15 mins break from work.
