DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I didn't believe the 1-star reviews. I thought how bad service in a lab could be? I could not register for an appointment online due to website glitches. I called and the automatic system could not accept my last name, but reserved a time spot. I came in in time to claim that spot, they said I was not in their system. Their on-site registration tablet did not work either. The woman was rude and threatened to make me wait for over an hour or not admit me at all. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!
Wish I knew they were temporary closed before driving up here.
My husband scheduled an appt and even received an email confirmation. When we arrived for the appointment, there was a sign on the door stating they were closed and didn't know when they would reopen. No one bothered to contact him that they would be closed and he would need to find a new location. Needless to say I had a grumpy husband, especially since he had been fasting for about 17 hours. Someone else showed up for an appt too.
Had an 8:10 appointment and they were closed for carpet registration until 2:00.
Their website is unusable. You need to reload the website at least 40 times to get it to load. Then when you want to view your results you need to verify your identify with intrusive photos and biometric scanning after scanning a shady 2D code, then after 30 minutes of trying all that it just fails and it refuses to show your results.
