Shelby was awesome! She’s helped me twice now at Quest Diagnostics and both times were great. Super friendly, calm, and made everything quick and easy. She explained what she was doing and made the whole process way less stressful. Honestly, she’s the reason I’d come back to this location. Quest is lucky to have her!
DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I didn't believe the 1-star reviews. I thought how bad service in a lab could be? I could not register for an appointment online due to website glitches. I called and the automatic system could not accept my last name, but reserved a time spot. I came in in time to claim that spot, they said I was not in their system. Their on-site registration tablet did not work either. The woman was rude and threatened to make me wait for over an hour or not admit me at all. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!
Wish I knew they were temporary closed before driving up here.
My husband scheduled an appt and even received an email confirmation. When we arrived for the appointment, there was a sign on the door stating they were closed and didn't know when they would reopen. No one bothered to contact him that they would be closed and he would need to find a new location. Needless to say I had a grumpy husband, especially since he had been fasting for about 17 hours. Someone else showed up for an appt too.
Had an 8:10 appointment and they were closed for carpet registration until 2:00.
