Everything was super quick and professional. The phlebotomist was kind and competent. I was out ten minutes after my scheduled appointment.
Worst unprofessional experience. Simple blood work took me more than an hour. The technician doesn’t know anything, no basic medical knowledge. Took an hour to just place basic lab orders. Worst service, needs training!
Shelby was awesome! She’s helped me twice now at Quest Diagnostics and both times were great. Super friendly, calm, and made everything quick and easy. She explained what she was doing and made the whole process way less stressful. Honestly, she’s the reason I’d come back to this location. Quest is lucky to have her!
DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I didn't believe the 1-star reviews. I thought how bad service in a lab could be? I could not register for an appointment online due to website glitches. I called and the automatic system could not accept my last name, but reserved a time spot. I came in in time to claim that spot, they said I was not in their system. Their on-site registration tablet did not work either. The woman was rude and threatened to make me wait for over an hour or not admit me at all. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!
Wish I knew they were temporary closed before driving up here.
