My husband scheduled an appt and even received an email confirmation. When we arrived for the appointment, there was a sign on the door stating they were closed and didn't know when they would reopen. No one bothered to contact him that they would be closed and he would need to find a new location. Needless to say I had a grumpy husband, especially since he had been fasting for about 17 hours. Someone else showed up for an appt too.
Had an 8:10 appointment and they were closed for carpet registration until 2:00.
Their website is unusable. You need to reload the website at least 40 times to get it to load. Then when you want to view your results you need to verify your identify with intrusive photos and biometric scanning after scanning a shady 2D code, then after 30 minutes of trying all that it just fails and it refuses to show your results.
We made an appointment for 12:20pm and it’s now 1:06pm and there’s no indication they’ll be with us anytime soon. My mother is 82 years old. Update: we left after waiting for well over an hour. The employees were very nice. Quest is a joke, how do you not have a backup for when your systems go down?
The person who drew my blood and assisted me was professional, kind, punctual and accurate. I never felt the needle, which is very important to me.
