All the staff were kind and professional. I received my results in less than 24 hours. The Quest app. is also great and easy to use. Highly recommend the Linglestown Rd. location.
These folks are always polite and very good at their job. I am ordinarily a “hard stick”, but they hit it first time and it is always painless!
First time coming in here - had to get a blood test and they were FANTASTIC! No appointment but I waited max 15-20 mins and then the nurse who drew my blood did a fantastic job as well. Will be coming back if I need!
My experience at Linglestown Road Quest on Thursday, July 23, 2025, was shocking. The technician was angry, aggressive and hostile. She spoke at the top of her voice and talked to me like I was an idiot. When I asked questions, she answered in a condescending way with a snarl. I have never been treated this way at that facility, let alone anywhere else. But there was only one person there, so someone certainly must be able to figure out who she is.
