Been waiting over an hour to bee seen when I ask the woman got lippy with me , very unprofessional
clean and efficient facility and friendly staff
Came in for a follow up, they already knew I was in a wheelchair. Checked in online as we parked, and immediately went upstairs. Apparently they had already shouted for me and that was all the notice I got. So I sat in the waiting room for an appointment I didn’t know they had cancelled for so long that I made a new appointment. When I asked the nurse Felicia what happened she said she usually give a phonecall but she “just didn’t.” I’ll go elsewhere next time. Basic accomodations aren’t that hard.
Wish there was a closer location but Jessica was AMAZING!
