Had a prescheduled appointmoint for 1:10. Had an appointment scheduled for after. I was a little frustrated that I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes. Then when I went back a girl was in training, I did agree I was okay with her drawing my blood. New people need to learn and how are they going to without being given the opportunity. She struggled finding a good spot so her co-worker had to step in.
