The staff was so very nice We didn't wait all but a few minutes Great place
Scheduled a 2:40 appointment. Got there and was told they don’t do urine test after 2 pm. No explanation no accommodation. Even though you can’t call and talk to a physical person. Scheduling is strictly online. Was told I would have to reschedule, I shouldn’t have been able to schedule, then shut the door. Rude and unprofessional. Not to mention I scheduled earlier that morning plenty of time to contact me and say it’s been a mistake on their behalf.
Great experience!!! Natasha and Cody were so kind and professional!!! I will definitely get any future blood work completed here. The kindness is why I will use this lab from now on ☺️ No wait and the lobby was empty. Appt at 8:10, went back at 8:00
No person to talk to/no front desk. Just a computer for checking with no options for dropping off test samples.
Press the help button 3 times because there was trouble with my appointment. No one came to help. That wasn’t until I scheduled myself as a walk in and had to wait an hour to be seen. Very rude staff, rude remarks to costumers. Very bad setup. Can’t even call the store because it’s all robotic.
