Laura was courteous and professional .
We arrived for my son's appointment and were attended to immediately. The person who did the blood work for him was very communicative and to us regarding what she was doing, thereby helping him to be comfortable.
Your representatives Maggie was very disrespectful to me and if she doesn’t like to do her job maybe she should be reassigned to something more appropriate for her
Open 20 minutes late! I had an appointment for 8:30 but there were 4 people waiting because staff was not in yet!
