Let me just start off by saying this place is absolutely overpriced in their lab fees!!! Not to mention I always have to have invoices rebilled due to wrong medical coding being entered by the technician that is located in the PCAT doctor’s office in Burleson. She is rude and very offensive in her demeanor when dealing with people. She likes to argue with the patients over billing instead of doing her job of phlebotomy. This has to be the most difficult company ever to talk to. They hide their phone number. Can’t find it on their ap or website. I finally found a number on their Facebook page. After listening to all their options it finally allowed me to leave a message. Still waiting for a callback. Al this to pay a $6 bill. Really?
