They charged me March 27 for a blood draw I had and thought I paid for in early February--they just took it out of my card. I didn't agree for them to do that. In the past if they wanted a payment they always sent a bill. When I tried using the email supplied by the Quest site to complain it gets returned as an invalid address. Total BS!
Checked in my step son and went outside to wait. Due to COVID-19 they had a sign that says check in with your cell phone number and you can wait outside, we will CALL you when we are ready for you. After waiting outside for 20 minutes no call. I went in and asked about it and got the response “we aren’t going to call you, you have to stay in here” I pointed out the sign that clearly said they would and they couldn’t answer as to why they didn’t call. Great communication here clearly 🙄
Any person who needs any medical help should never step foot in this place. Every single person who works for this office should be ashamed of themselves including their manager Adrianna. Worst experience ever.
There is a lot going on right now with this epidemic but I work in a hospital an regardless you are to treat people with kindness and compassion my husband went in today an was talked to like a child an mistreated lucky I wasn’t there cause regardless of situation does not hurt to be nice staff is rude an nasty an you should be happy I wasn’t present

Horrible to deal with! Sent my bill to collections instead of working with my doctor who was willing to change billing codes
