My wife and I have patronized Quenan's on several occasions since moving to Georgetown, TX in 2006. The first was to have pearls restrung. The pearl necklace was purchased overseas and had an unusual knotting pattern which Quenan's was able to match. Most recently, they "reset" a Mexican Gold Peso in a men's nugget ring. A job that required the use of a laser and rebuilding the portion of the ring that holds the coin in place. I would rate the result as a triple A.
