I am new to Georgetown and had asked for jeweler recommendations. Steve and Quenan's ws the most referred one to me. I am beyond pleased with Quenan's. They equal or maybe even succeed beyond the first-rate jewelers I used in Southlake. I highly recommend Steve, Anna, and the whole team!
I can not believe the horrible customer service I received today. I was going to inquire about upgrading my diamond ring but after I was treated poorly, I did not bother mentioning it. I hope the owner sees this review and realizes that Ana Diaz potentially cost them thousands of dollars in my business.
Happy ending to a first world problem, thanks to Quenan’s Jewelers. Brad bought me a beautiful pair of earrings for our anniversary that match a necklace from a previous celebration. We always give gifts early because we can’t wait, so he gave them to me Saturday. On Sunday I snagged one on Yelessa while playing airplane through the church (I think) but didn’t realize it had come out.
