I worked with Angela Prestigiacomo for about 6 years. She helped me through some very heavy and challenging situations ultimately changing my life. She made me feel heard and supported and like she genuinely cared. Will forever be thankful to her!
Had an intake appointment almost two months ago and despite calling repeatedly to check back on availability I have been completely ghosted. I would not be upset if the intake wasn't over $200 and I actually received a service rather than paying for the privilege to be seen (or ignored) later. Any reputable therapist would at least offer a brief 5 minute consultation to see if they are a good fit and not force and expensive intake when they have no intention of providing further service.
