Dal Queenan worked for our builder to do work in our house. He seemed to do well until he was done. Not when the work was done correctly just until he figured it was done. When he installed the pole on our front porch it was off to the side of the corner and looked really bad. He was happy with the job said he was not fixing. I ended up doing the work myself to make it look right. Our builder also used his painter and some other services in our new home.
