Dr. Sarah Burns has been my daughter's doctor since birth (she's three now). Dr. Burns is awesome. Caring, gentle, calm, thorough- we love her! Our only complaint has been with one nurse who was VERY impatient with us and our inability to hold down our struggling 18 month old for a shot! Our daughter was then too upset for Dr. Burns to properly examine her. Since then I've requested shots be given AFTER the exam (and we've not seen that nurse again, so who knows?) It is a big combined practice,
Before Dr. Kefer officially became my pediatrician nearly 17 years ago, she spent a good deal of time speaking with me (a first time mommy) about my concerns for my newborn. Lots of care, and I knew from there she would be my children's doctor. To date, she is our doctor and knows my two children well. While up with modern technology and medicines, Dr. Kefer is still that caring personality that I think all doctors should have, that I nervously spoke with all those years ago. I highly recommend.
