Given several chances and always hit or miss results. 1 or 2 friendly nail techs on staff but for the most part unfriendly and dicey results. Rushed out of the salon today due to tech not following instructions and yielding different results on both hands. I was passed to 3 different techs who did not seem to care about quality and rushed the service. The last tech polished my nails so fast I had to have her correct sloppy results then she grabbed my hands and rubbed my nails with the towel smearing the last polished nail...... read more
For years I would only go here/ introduced many friends to this salon. Unfortunately last year I had an experience there while my little cousin (age 15 at the time) was getting her nails done. I was on the other side of the spa getting a pedicure. Apparently the nail tech in the chair next to hers kept asking her if she wanted the fan on or if she was hot. 15 year old cousin kept insisting she was fine & eventually nail tech said “oh I just figured you would because fat people tend to get hot”. 'Inconsistent results' definitely sums up my thoughts about this spa. My gel polish started peeling after 1 week so I returned not sure how the issue would be resolved. I was pleased that the Manager apologized, filed my nails and re-polished. At that time, I decided to try a Lash Lift. It's a lengthy & costly process; overall a disappointing experience with zero noticeable difference in my lashes. I was also very nervous about the proximity of the technician to my face. Absolutely LOVE this place, the vibe, the location, the products, all of it! And Val, is a QUEEN! She knows just what to do to make you feel like the Queen you are! Went in to get my brows reshaped and I could not be any happier! Do yourself a favor and let her give you the eyebrows you deserve! They have a great skin care line too with reasonable prices! I can't wait to book an appointment for a facial! Annnd they also have a HUGE selection of natural nail polishes so I will definitely be back!
I had a hard time finding a nail salon that can actually do my nails the way i like, being that I’m so picky after my first time i knew it would be my nail salon from now on. The staff is very professional and polite. The prices are reasonable and they do a great job.
