I am giving one star as I gave this place another chance and still was disappointed, the first time I went here I got full set nails plus pedicure, unfortunately the full set was made in a sloppy way, after a week, the ends close to the cuticle were very sharp and super sloppy, and the pedicure i got burned with the wax that it was red for two days, good thing it did not leave a mark. Bad service. The women who work there are grumpy and hurt your hands. Plus, it's super expensive! Don't come back.
I should’ve came to look at the reviews before I went in there. Just happened to be waiting for someone I was in the area and just walked in. This is so bad, I needed to get acrylic on my toes because they were shorter than the rest. Look how bubbly this is, there’s no way they’re sending people out like this. Honestly don’t waste your time I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years and the service my family and I received was subpar. My nails were uneven and sloppy as were my mothers. When we came back to say something about the service they dismissed us and acted like we were inconveniencing them. I usually love their service but the shop was not clean and they were not attentive towards us.
