Big bullies. Shame on them for a lawsuit of a tiny little LGBTQ tea company in salt lake city. So sad to see a standing business with low moral fiber

Really? You are so insecure in your business acumen that you feel it necessary to try and bully a small time competitor from all the way in Utah on the flimsy stance that they also have the word queen in their title. For any one wondering " the queens tea room" calls themselves such referring to the fact that they are in fact queens, however they are not royalty. Therefore it stands to reason that their name has little or nothing to do with your name. My only hope is that many of your customers find out about your despicable... read more

I love visiting Seattle and their local businesses, and visiting this shop has been on my list, but never again. I have advised several of my local friends to cease their patronage. It takes a real class act to force another small business out of business. I fully support The Queens' Tea in Utah.

Why on earth are you wasting time and money attacking another company because they share a word with you? You don't own any individual words. Tea bring us peace and calm, and I don't think I'll be drinking yours since it seems to bring animosity. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm finding this all distasteful and I need to go brew myself a cup-a.

Never been here but it seems like it's being run by a bunch of self-centered egotistical maniacs that is suing a company in Salt Lake City just for using the words Tea Queen on the T-shirt that they are selling to help GLBT homeless kids, when the company itself uses the name Queen Mary. Hope that any company in Great Britain doesn't hear about your name. What schmucks.

Bullying a small Utah company from 850 miles away is not being a good corporate citizen. Shame on anyone who shops there! SHAME ON YOU...

Will be sure to let all of my Seattleite friends know about your lawsuit again's The Queen's Tea in Salt Lake City. What a trivial and frivolous lawsuit. I hope you are proud of yourself for effectively shutting down a wonderful local company.

Leave The Queens' Tea in SLC alone! Bullies. I hardly think this tiny Utah business is harming you at all... Don't you have better things to do?

There is room in this enormous country for all tea lovers to coexist. It is shameful when a business conducts themselves in a very undignified manner. There are literally thousands of registered trademarks with the word "queen," and certainly one shop in Seattle cannot own the word "queen." To behave like you have some sort of ownership of the word is arrogant, cruel, and absolutely ridiculous. A shop could literally open across the street from you called Queen Elizabeth Tea Room, and if you were focused on your business, it... read more
