Great office. Staff is professional and friendly. Lori is an excellent hygienist. Had a terrific appointment this week.
I had a dental emergency on a Friday afternoon at 3pm... The whole staff stayed late and ensured that I got top notch care. I was so impressed and thankful. I knew the staff wanted to go home on their Friday night but they all stayed. Thank you Queen Creek Smiles for taking care of my needs.
Dr. V and the entire staff at Queen Creek Smiles are FANTASTIC, I am 60 years old, have a history of past dental work from dentists and oral surgeons in MN where I lived for over 50 years. When I say Dr V is Fantastic,along with his staff, I am speaking from experience. 18 extractions, every step of the way, Dr V wanted to make sure my mouth was numb, so I felt no pain, his staff also continued to tell me throughout this procedure that if I felt any pain they will immediately stop to give me more Novocaine. I highly recommend Queen Creek Smiles for all your dental needs. I have grown dental-phobic from prior dental care. These people are gentle and caring, while still giving the best dental care I have ever had. I would never want to go anywhere else ever again! I love it at Queen Creek Smiles!

This dentist office is amazing! The office is very caring and do their best to help you with everything you need. I don't have one negative thing to say and would recommend them to everyone, even people who are like me and scared of the dentist. Crystal and Dr. Vassiliades are great! Awesome dentists office! They're very caring and do everything they can to make sure you're comfortable and get the dental care you need. Very pleased with my care and everyone treated me very well and helped me get my mouth healthy. The same day crowns are awesome! No more amalgam fillings or the awful reactions I was having to them. Questionable and terrible customer service. Seems that it is all about money here. They recommended a procedure that two other dentists called unnecessary. We cancelled three business days plus the weekend before the appointment and they want $100 cancellation fee. We are over a barrel because they will destroy our credit over a $100 and from previous experience there is not much you can do. We cancelled an appointment for a procedure two other dentists deemed unnecessary. We cancelled three business days plus the weekend prior to the appointment. We have been billed a $100 cancellation fee. I spoke with the office manager, Alex, and she will not reverse the charge. So they are willing to lose customers over $100. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
