Best Dentist Queen Creek Smiles is the ONLY dental office my family will ever go to. Dr. R. is very kind and always answers all my questions. His staff is very understanding of peoples finances and do what they can to help me. The Dr. is easy to talk to and never made me feel uncomfortable. I feel this office is very trust worthy, and was not pushy. The Dr. showed me my x-rays and where my problem areas where. I TOTALLY trust my Dentist. disgusted and furious with this dental group I am very disgusted and furious with this dental group!!! I went in because my mouth was aching I wanted to get a routine cleaning. They checked my insurance, which would pay them in full for the x-rays and a routine cleaning. The staff member took my x-rays, not just once but twice, because she did not save them the first time. Make sure you double check that they are telling you everything about your insurance. When making a crown for my son’s tooth made it to small made it work anyway, end up at another Dentist office one month later with damage to teeth on each side and in pain. Billed my insurance 3 times for ex rays that they said was included on my 1st visit. Billed son’s insurance extra times also.

Dr. Vassiliades is great! My children and I have had nothing but a great experience with him and his staff. I appreciate his conservative approach to treatment as well as his staff's knowledge of insurance coverage. Anytime there was an advised procedure, I was always made clear of what my insurance would cover and then what if anything was to be paid out-of-pocket.
The staff is amazing and the service is the best I’ve ever been to for dentistry.
