I received a teeth whitening the lady was very informative, personable and made me feel very comfortable.
We felt very supportive from everyone
In spite of a failure in the transmittal for a crown, the experience was excellent. The staff located and expedited crown and was able to prep for the other required crown during the same visit instead of insisting on another appointment. Wait time, even when I did a walk-in with a tooth ache was acceptable and corrective appointments were made available.
Totally impressed with everyone I met yesterday!!! I will bring my entire family for sure!
Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of their patient's time. They explain treatment plan and coverage beforehand so no surprises. Will see them in 6 months :)
Dr. Mullenaux is an outstanding Dentist. I have been to my fair share of Dentists in my life time and can tell a good one from a bad one! Very professional and knowledgeable. Staff was very friendly and all seems skilled at their positions.Going to the Dentist is often not a pleasant experience but a good office goes a long way to ease the pain.
They do a nice job. Staff is professional. They seem to be able to accommodate appointments on short notice. Dr Mullenaux is straight forward, doesn't do a lot of chit chatting, will answer questions when asked.
My husband and I have been with the same dentist for 17 years and although we both won our fight against cancer, we now need all our teeth removed and dentures. Our dentist of 17 years sent us to specialists. But then great friends of ours sent us to Dr Mullenaux’s office and he is able to do all the work at the best price he could give us. The entire staff is polite, courteous and friendly. You immediately feel like family there!
