Getting a bill after we already pay is not good practice. I received a call informing me that I was six months late on a payment. When inquiring what the bill was, I was told that insurance did not cover something that I was told that it did. This has happened a couple of times. If you are not sure about insurance coverage, tell me!! Why would I walk away thinking I'm all paid up , only to find out I'm not? This is not only unprofessional, it seems extremely fishy and does not sit well with this customer.
Poor initial scheduling phone manners when I called for appointment - very curt and abrupt - and absent any pleasantries. Office staff very noisy and disrespectful with their laughter at the front desk during time of visit. The procedure and dental staff were excellent. It is an open space and staff should be made aware of how inappropriate their personal laughter and carrying on is to the patient. I'm sure I'm not the only one offended by this.
Not being an individual that is fond of visiting a dental office, I was made comfortable by the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, from the office staff to the dental professionals. Great office.

I have an unprecedented fear of dentistry. With each dentist I tried, those feeling were increased BEFORE I saw Dr. mulleneaux and his staff. From the moment you enter the door, the staff is friendly, cheerful and helpful. They are kind and put you at ease. Dr Mulleneaux was straight forward, compassionate and knowledgeable about how to deal with my disease and how it effects my teeth.
