Highly recommend Queen City for either sales or service. Bought my 2010 Grand Caravan from Queen and all service has been by Queen City Service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff in the service department. Especially Lanny Zeunges. Always ready to help with any repair or service issue that arises. Never upselling on either. Wont take my car to anywhere else.

Just bought a vehicle from here. The customer service is awesome. Everyone made sure you were taken care of and were more than willing to help. I worked with Mike and he explained everything,answered all our questions and was just awesome to work with! He was straight forward about everything amd honest. I would recommend to anyone!

I have been a customer at QCTA since Greg was a salesman. I’ve purchased 3 autos, my granddaughter bought 2 autos and now my daughter bought her second car! Greg, Tim, Matt and Jeff are spectacular! It was our first time buying a car from QCM. Matt Fisher was absolutely wonderful. He handled everything, plus went above and beyond to make our experience AMAZING.
