Dallas is great, we had an awesome experience. We visited on a Thursday afternoon around 6pm, looked at a bunch of vehicles, found one we really loved... we contacted Dallas that evening letting him know which one we were most interested in, the NEXT day by 430pm we were in a new car! We couldn’t be happier, will definitely recommend Queen City Motors to any and everyone, and we will be going to Dallas for any future needs and purchases for sure!
Checking out SUV's with the greatest salesman, Matt Cline. Traded my van and truck for a much newer Chevy Equinox. Great customer service, no gimmicks, just great sales work and I had my vehicle secured the same day. Queen City is a terrific place to buy a used car. This is my 4th purchase in the last several years. Great family, sharp salesman, fantastic service, and a great place to do business. Let's keep our money right here in Cumberland!

After purchasi g my vehicle, I had a problem that normally wouldn't have been covered at a used car dealership . But during a conversation with the salesman who was just checking on how I liked the car, I mentioned the issue. He informed his manager and I was ask to come back in. They went above the normal to fix the issue and then some. This is where I will continue to purchase my vehicles. Queen City Motors ROCKS!
Our salesman we had was Dallas. And when he said he would do everything he could to help us get our car HE DID! Even though he was our salesman that didn't mean that everybody else stayed away... NO! They all made sure we were comfortable and talked to us like friends rather than low credit customers like everywhere else we went. EVERYONE made it fun! Like actual fun when you're at home with friends and family! we will NEVER go anywhere else!
Matt Cline worked with me for over a week to get me the vehicle I really wanted. Great staff! Six months later & I still love my Ford Edge!

We ran into a few obstacles with the bank. Queen City motors Matt Fisher knew it wasn’t right and went above and beyond and actually found me the perfect loan from the perfect bank with an even with a much lower rate!!! I was able to get the truck I wanted to much. This was an amazing experience and I will definitely recommend Queen City motors to any of my friends!
