stay away!!! read online reviewes!! I called 704-947-3307 to schedule for an appointment for Core Aeration Service. My call was answers by rep, Heather. She quoted me $75+ for Aeration. When I asked about the promotion offer $25 I received via moneymailer she tried to push me towards other services which is costing $$$$ and finally she hung up on me 4 times. I would strongly recommend you read their online reviews before considering.
Poor Customer and Cutting Service Awful rude and short staff. Landscapers would ring my door bell 6 or 7 times and when I finally get to the door, theres this guy standing there smoking a cigarette telling me "Well its raining outside we will not be cutting your grass today" I was on the once weekly plan blow edging mowing. I thought it was a pretty good deal until I turned into a bimonthly cut at weekly price cuts. I have security cameras so they never returned to cut the grass even when the weather that week was nice. Beware!! Will damage lawn and sprinkler system Queen city did come out and mow on schedule, but would not stop damaging my lawn and sprinkler system after notifying them several times to not mow when the lawn is wet!!! Would not recommend, made no attempt to correct the mess they made of my lawn and the cost of repairs to sprinkler system. Total disregard to customer satisfaction!
Consistent, Reliable, Responsible We've been using Queen City for over a year to take care of our lawn. They come every week without fail, and make sure our house is done early if it means it will look better for holidays. There is no doubt that our lawn looks 100% better since we started using their services.
