Dr. Tran was very informative and friendly as well as the rest of the staff. They worked with me to find affordable glasses to fit my budget. Couldn't be happier.
Best experience ever. Dr. Tran is friendly and openly offers up details about your exam in a way that is easily understood. She picked up instinctively on my fear/concern and made sure I understood why I needn't worry through SHOWING me why it's not an issue. Above and beyond my expectations. The entire staff is friendly and they truly make you feel at home every step of the way. Can't wait to get my new glasses!! I highly recommend Dr. Tran and her staff for any and all eye care needs.

If you have dry eye issues, then Dr. Tran may have the answer for you. She is frienndly, energetic, and professional. She really cares about her patients and works hard to find the best solution for them. Plus she has a great staff as well. I will recommend her for sure!
I started seeing Dr. Tran at Queen City Eye Care this past year. She is the BEST eye doctor I've seen in all my years as a glasses wearer. She consults with my cornea specialist to ensure I'm getting everything I need. She acts as though she has all the time in the world for you instead of rushing patients through like a factory! I highly recommend her and her amazing staff for anyone looking for eye care! Absolutely the best in Springfield!!!
Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable and friendly and so is her staff. They got me in on the same day and I left knowing more about my eyes than when I came in. Recommended without hesitation!
