RecommendedI am truly grateful and appreciative if the time Dr. Tran gave me to examine my eye while we were vacationing. She made every effort to fix my problem and even provided me with her phone number in case I had issues while in the area. Dr. Tran didn’t know me or if she would ever see me again but I was treated with respect and concern as though I was a regular patient. I would highly recommend this Doctor to anyone in or around the Springfield MO area! Top notch doctor in my book and fixed my problem immediately.
RecommendedI love Dr Tran! I went to her at a different office a few years ago and saw a different eye Dr in between for insurance reasons. But I liked her so much better that I sought her out at her new Practice and I can’t be happier that I found her! She takes all the time to make sure she answers all your questions and she is so fun to talk to! Love her!
I switched to Dr. Tran when my work changed my insurance, and I'm so glad it did! Dr. Tran is super friendly, very accommodating, and actually educates you about eye care. I love coming here!
Took my daughter here this afternoon and dr. Tran has to be one of my favorite optometrist in Springfield. I have never felt so welcomed and made to feel comfortable there. Even my daughter felt less intimidated by all the unfamiliar machines. She didn’t hesitate to explain things to my daughter and even made her smile! I would highly recommend Queen City eye care to anyone!
This is the best experience I've ever had at an eye doctor! Everyone is really friendly, positive, and happy to help you. Dr. Tran is really friendly! She shows sincere care and concern for her patients, and expressed how she likes to get to know them. I went in for some new contacts, and later that night I had a weird reaction to them that made my eyes red. I was able to come back in immediately the next day, and she took care of me at no cost. I met Dr. Tran through Walmart. Walmart ordered my left eye contacts incorrectly and originally, they took two weeks longer than anticipated. I am leaving for vacation Wednesday and begged Walmart for an expedited order or sample before I leave. They passed my request to Dr. Tran.
