Dr Tran and her team are amazing! I walked in on a Saturday with my sister who was picking up some contacts. I was asking about appointments for my family. Dr Tran had a cancellation and had some time, so they got me right in and did the exam. I especially liked it because there is something different that this office uses instead of the old puff test for glaucoma. I've never laughed so much during any trip to the optometrist. Dr. Tran helped relieve any worries I had about my vision, and I can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.
I highly recommend Queen City Eye Care! Dr. Tran is amazing and very friendly. She knows exactly what is wrong with your eye and knows what's best as far as eye treatment goes. I went in and was first diagnosed with pink eye at urgent care but she confirmed that I didn't have pink eye and that it was dry eye. She really takes good care of her clients and knows what's best for everyone.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Tran! She took the time that other Dr's wouldn't to figure out exactly which contacts /prescription worked for me. She also helped me get my insurance straightened out to where I could get the most for my money. Truly the best eye Dr I've ever been to.
The staff is amazing! They worked me in as new patient for eye pain and vision issues on a Friday afternoon, before a holiday. I had tried all over town and went to 3 urgent cares. They were friendly and went above and beyond. I will change my family to Dr. Tran and will never go elsewhere.
