Financial Integrity is All that Really Matters, in Rental Property Management. There are a lot of residential property managers in the Maryland/D.C. market. Never in a million years. Here are a few of the reasons why: 1. Mice problems. They nest right by a door they never sealed properly. 2. The weeks I spent without heat. 3. The two years of water damages. 4. Poor customer service. 5. Extra sketchy practices and I can absolute prove it all. Disgraceful actions. It's a super punk move to lock someone out before they can get all their belonging out and then run up a bill. Isn't that illegal?

It is always unfortunate when things do not go well. This complaint has been submitted by a tenant who was consistently delinquent. We attempted to work with this tenant over a long period of time, but were never able to fully resolve her delinquency. In addition to her delinquency, this tenant also housed dogs which were in violation of her lease. Her final outstanding balance due to the landlord at move out was just under $11,000.00.
