Quasar Property Management is a Awful Company with a Awful owner!! I would not recommend anyone to do business with them!! One of my family members has live at City View Condominium for over 20 years with no problems until Kenneth B**** came along. When I say Kenneth B**** has destroyed and terrorized that community it is an understatement. Because of Kenneth the community is on the verge of going bankrupt. I have no need to bash this team. human things happen and they fix what’s needed on their end. I can say they have worked with me when I needed!
no hot water in the middle of cold weather in January! no hot water for 5 days!! we had to end up staying in a hotel for 5 days! no refunded at all. there were constant issues. just you name it. it was worst experience I ever had in my life.

I love Quasar. I never had a dull moment with them within the year I rented from them. They handled all issues effectively and immediately.. They were caring and kind. Not sure how some say they are rude, because I never got that I recommend them hands down. Great company and staff!!!!!

Quasar needs to get out of property management and maybe consider being an accounting firm. The owner, Kenneth B**** is VERY nonchalant and dismissive to the point of being disrespectful. I will give acknowledgement where due. They have made improvements to the associations financial woes but lack in ALL other areas. A few of my concerns: 1. Three years ago the pipes in my bathroom were leaking and the association sent plumbers to fix the leak. They have yet to re-drywall or replace tile work in the area that they destroyed ... read more
The only good reviews on here are from a client/vendor/friend/business partner of the owner and one of the company’s real estate agents and in financial partnership with the owner. This company has slum units and horrible management. Maintenance takes forever and they use cheap bandaids to temporarily fix problems. They have revolving staff. Renters beware!

The owners were unwilling to make the investments recommended by Quasar to improve the property and as a result, Quasar terminated the relationship with the owner and management of the property in April 2021. Quasar has been my partner in managing my investment properties for 6 years now. I'm very happy with their work! Their attention to detail has allowed me to largely forget about these properties and focus on the rest of my life. They manage the tenants and pay the bills meeting or exceeding everyone's expectations so I don't have to hear from any vendors or tenants myself. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who is considering getting into property investment or who needs to offload those responsibilities.
Financial Integrity is All that Really Matters, in Rental Property Management. There are a lot of residential property managers in the Maryland/D.C. market. I don't know of any that have the financial heft or financial integrity that Quasar has. Quasar Property Management and Real Estate has spectacular assets, great liquidity and excellent internal management.
