Quartino is an absolute dream and John Coletta is a genius -- the food is subtle, complex, surprising, and so beautifully sourced and crafted. I spend so much of my time hopping from restaurant to restaurant in New York and across the world and very few meals have impressed me like the meal Chef Coletta put together for us. Between the house made ricotta to the decadent sgroppino the whole experience was just epicurean delirium. It's truly hard to put in words.
