With the melange of regional favorites from all over Italy, co-owner and chef John Coletta presents both traditional cuisine as well as experimental items at Quartino. The restaurant is known for providing quality, handmade food, where almost everything is made fresh and within house. Try the salumeria tasting, it is quite impressive and with a variety of wines to go with the food, there isn't any surprise why the place is a firm favorite among Chicagoans.

GREAT restaurant! Loved the food, the atmosphere and the staff.
Omg!!!!!! Let's start with the cheese from the fondue.. ...i could drink it, it was sooo good! Then we went to the veal sliders. I could have stopped there....i saw heaven gates....but then I ordered the pizza and Alfredo with shrimp added!!! I rinsed my palate with a German Reisling. I will definitely return. We were the only act Americans dining there. But I left believing I was Italian! The staff is beautiful I go go every day! Can't wait to return!
Excellent pasta dishes and drinks, the (Pepperoni) pizza was just average and rather sweet than hot.
So good! The place was joyously packed & every dish was beyond amazing!
