With the melange of regional favorites from all over Italy, co-owner and chef John Coletta presents both traditional cuisine as well as experimental items at Quartino. The restaurant is known for providing quality, handmade food, where almost everything is made fresh and within house. Try the salumeria tasting, it is quite impressive and with a variety of wines to go with the food, there isn't any surprise why the place is a firm favorite among Chicagoans.

Best food ever!! Perfectly cooked and there is such a nice variety!! We are foodies and we know delicious food when we have it. The pork shank was moist and out of this world! I had escarole and beans and a beef pasta dish. The olive oil was so good with the balsamic vinegar that we purchased bottles for each of our 4 kids, because we knew they would appreciate it. How I wish I were there eating at Quartino right this very moment!!! Mmmmm!!
Food and service were fantastic. My food took a little longer than it should have but they accommodated me without me asking (Which I never do).
We had 26 people and they could not stop talking about the food and service. A special thanks to Matt Graham for his help in making the menu. I had some fussy people and they loved everything.
