no jackie it's a fleet fueling station... why are you going to give a one-star review to them for being what they are supposed to be? idiot. I feel my trucks here all the time at their various Hampton Roads locations. that's the best diesel quality in the area. fair market Price, and it's not clogged up with car driver such as yourself Jackie. and by the way it is open to the public... my personal debit card has always worked at them you just have to be smart enough to figure out how to activate the pump
