This company does not live up to what they advertise. I complained and put in a work order for my A/C to be repaired on July 3rd. I called to complain prior and after. I am diabetic and its 105 outside. My face is tingling and Im very fatigue. The window unit does not help its still 90 inside my apartment. Im sweating and keep being told they will see when they will get maintenance out here. Instead they have workers painting the stairwell. Ive complained and complained about the this situation the down stairs neighbors in phase 2 building 12 Apt **** keep smoking marijuana and its seeping to the upstairs and the property manager has to say through my wifes email is how do we know its coming from them and we stated we called the police numerous of times on these people when we have 6 month old and 10 year old with autism and the officer stated she could smell the marijuana coming from the door and heard scrambling while knocking and it got quiet and there was n... read more

The resident you are saying is causing the issue hasn't lived there for that long which is why I asked your wife how you know it is coming from the apartment. I rented a property in *********** and I am a few months in. I am now debating breaking my lease. I really dislike this place. They did not respond to my electrical problems for a month. They fixed it but not really because it's still not working. The employees have poor communication skills and are not honest. They have no follow through. They will show you the two "fancy" pools and a make ready apartment but NOTHING is as it seems. Roaches are so bad I had one crawl in my mouth while I was sleeping. At least once a night I'm awaken by the crawling of roaches on my skin. Roaches are so bad I moved my bed into my dining room with the hopes of less roaches crawling on me at night.
