When I made an appointment on-line, they called me back right away. Then it only took 2 days to have them scrub-a dub-dub my carpets, stairs and sofa/love seat combo. Adam was my technician and he was kind, took time to explain things and was thorough in his job. Thank you and I'll be a return customer.
The people at Qualls were great to deal with. However, when you read "Chem" in the name, believe it. We had carpets cleaned and paid extra for the pet stain treatment. The chemical fumes we had in the house were unbelievable. Even after opening the windows, my throat and lungs felt burnt and I had a cough for about a week after the service. I also feel like the pet stains look worse after the treatment. Normally, I would call and have the company come retreat, but due to the fumes we had to endure, I can't handle that again.... read more

This was my first time using a professional carpet cleaning service and these guys exceeded my expectations. They were fast, efficient, professional, and super friendly. Plus my carpet looks and feels amazing (no more puppy pee smell at ALL). I’m stoked, and will be using these guys again!
