RecommendedWe were very pleased with the service and the finished product. Being from out of town, we had Chem Dry pick up and return the carpet. Eli was a pleasure to work with and very profession. We would definitely recommend and use them again for future cleaning needs.
Very professional service. Rob, who did the job for us, arrived on time as scheduled. He cleaned a large badly soiled sofa and made it look like brand new! The same outstanding results occurred with the deep cleaning of 15 wide carpeted stairs down to our family room. His pleasant personality and desire to be sure the results met my approval was refreshing. I will definitely use this cleaning service in the future. I highly recommend them.

Use a pretreatment spot remover. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked it. I still have a dirty carpet. I'm going to have it cleaned again by some other company.
Professional and on time; good value.
The personnel is nice and professional overall he did a good job but they need to get new equipment as it was leaking all over my wood floors.
