Derek from Qualls Chemdry came out to clean my carpets. He did an excellent job. Great guy! Explained what may come out, and might not. Everything was detailed, set great expectations, and then exceeded them. Best of all my Carpet is super clean. Not only did he get stains out but worked hard to see if some of the stains we decided may not come, well he got them out! Thank you Derek!

Jaren called when he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He reviewed the areas to be cleaned and identified two stains that would be a problem. He was prompt in his activities and even noticed a fan that we had which he set up to help dry the bedroom carpet. Everything looks great - and those two spots - they were significantly lightened and you really have to look to see that they are present. Wonderful service.
Jordan did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. They were in bad shape and look new again. Jordan was professional and informative about the products they used and gave me options that were within my budget. His recommendations were perfect and my house is fresh and clean again.
