What an awesome experience! Super easy to get an appointment; I appreciated not having to wait an extended time for an appointment. We just bought our house and the carpets smelled like dog pee. Jordan did a great job getting that out by using a black light to look for urine spots and a special treatment to get rid of it! We also got the scotch guard treatment and hope this will help our carpets hold up but I’ve never heard of this so thought that was pretty cool! Not your typical mediocre carpet cleaning; thank you!

We had our carpets and sectional cleaned and I can't get over how incredible they look. Our carpets take a beating with our dog and 2 boys and they still feel brand new after being cleaned! The service was incredible, they were easy to work with, and answered all my questions. I highly recommended them!

They were fantastic! My pet had a messy accident, and I needed my carpets cleaned anyways, on pretty short notice. They totally helped accomodate me and my busy schedule, were personable, reasonable, and friendly. They even made the impossible pet stain go away! I was blown away. Couldn't recommend more!

Qualls was great ! Easy to schedule, called shen they were on their way and did a great job. Jaren was super nice and was quick & efficient. Despite a small mix up in communication, they were super nice and easy to work with. I would recommend them and use this company again !

I was referred to Qualls by my mother (who has white carpet!). I have been using them for years now. Absolutely love the work they do. My carpet is regularly traveled on by kids, grandkids, pets and a mechanic yet Qualls manages to get my carpet looking it's best every time I call.
