Called and got same day service. Jordan was excellent, got out the blue light, horrified me with what was on my carpet...then cleaned it!! Looks great. Happy customer.

Recently had Qualls chem dry come and clean some very dirty pet stained carpets. The two men who came ( Seth and Jordan ) were on time, professional and did a superb job. The carpets looked and smelled great, and dried in just a few hours! I had to leave the house while they were cleaning, so they quickly took payment info down and offered to lock to door when they were finished. Excellent service and fair price. Thanks!
I have been using Qualls Chem Dry for over 15 years. They have great prices, they are courteous, on tie, careful with woodwork, all items in my home. Seth, the technician, was very professional, did extra, conscientious with all of our carpets and stairs. I always use Chem Dry.Kay
It was a little on the expensive side, but the quality of the cleaning was definitely worth it. We had a lot of pet stains and odor. Once Jordan left our carpets looked and smelled brand new. The carpets weren't soaked afterwards, we will be using them again.
Jason called to let us know exactly when he'd be here and was on time. He looked over what we wanted done (we had an area rug with stains & damage) and discussed what results we could expect. He completed the cleaning, including an extra area of carpeting we requested at the last minute, in short order and with excellent results. Best experience we've ever had with a cleaning company. It all dried very quickly, too!
I would highly recommend this company as their customer service & quality of work are exemplary. I called them at 8:00 p.m. in a panic as I needed someone to fix the poor work another carpet cleaning company had provided; on short notice as we had company coming to town 36 hours later. They made us a priority, came the next morning, fixed the other company's mistakes and did a fabulous job! To say they were impressive is an understatement. Thank you so much Chem Dry for saving our carpet and day!
We just took over a old bar and the carpets were NASTY .. they made a world of difference I will use these guys at my business and my home !!
